Intrinsic Health

I am a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner practicing in the Mytchett, Camberley area of Surrey, close to the three counties borders of Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. 

For several years now I have been interested in exploring a more holistic approach to healthcare.  Health challenges of my own and those of my children, together with the frustration I had with some of the more traditional approaches we'd received, led me to explore and open my mind to other options.  This coincided with my father being diagnosed with cancer, a fight he gradually lost in 2005.  The impact this had on my family and myself, also shaped and guided the directions I then chose.  I knew there must be other approaches to healthcare, particularly proactive as opposed to reactive ones.  The more I learn and study, the more I realize there are many alternatives, which can work alongside traditional allopathic medicine.

I first came across BodyTalk at a health exhibition.  Listening to the talk that day, something immediately resonated with me and I knew I wanted to know more and try a session for myself.  After just a taster session I was hooked and immediately signed up for the Access Course, a one-day course that teaches you five of the BodyTalk techniques to help you manage many of your day-to-day health needs. 

The BodyTalk Access course, and results I was having from my own personal sessions, only increased my desire to learn more and I decided to commit to the practitioner training.    

BodyTalk has had a huge impact on me and continues to do so.  It has helped me address my own health and well-being challenges, not only physically but in other ways; I can only describe it as like having weights lifted off my shoulders and a spring put back in my step.  It is wonderful to be able to offer BodyTalk to my clients and to see and hear the impact BodyTalk is having on them.

I am committed to further studying and training for both my own personal and on-going development as a practitioner.

Background:

I hold an ITEC Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.  I have also studied Theta and Advanced Theta DNA Healing.
