BodyTalk works on all levels and therefore can address a variety of health issues such as physical pain, healing injuries, clearing toxins and bacteria, as well as helping emotional problems such as processing emotions including those of fear, grief and worry. This is far from an exhaustive list, but a few examples include:
Back Pain
A session usually lasts between 45 and 60 minutes, with additional time for discussion at the beginning and end of each session. Your first session is usually longer, to allow extra time for discussion and the completion of required forms.
This really does vary. Most people see improvements in symptoms after 2 or 3 sessions, although sometimes people may require more.
Health maintenance sessions are available for those who wish a preventative approach to maintain health and well-being. These are usually less frequent and are recommended every 4 to 6 weeks if required.
Everyone can feel different after a session. Some people have increased energy levels, while others feel tired or sleep well afterwards. Anything the body can do, it may.
Changes can be subtle. You may just feel more relaxed or lighter in yourself. At other times changes can be more obvious such as pains, discomforts or anxieties disappearing quickly. You may experience a tingling or other sensations in your body, or temporary emotions. However, if you don't notice or feel anything, it does not mean BodyTalk is not working as changes can happen in very subtle ways.
BodyTalk is completely safe and is suitable for everyone, whatever their age, including babies, children and pregnant women.
All sessions are confidential and all information will be treated and kept in confidence.
